Terms and Conditions for IntelliFlow

Welcome to IntelliFlow! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our AI assistant services. By accessing or using IntelliFlow, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use IntelliFlow ("Users"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access our services.
2. Use of Services

- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, or otherwise make available through our services ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, but you grant IntelliFlow a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing our services.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to post any User Content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Disclaimers: Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntelliFlow, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; and (iv) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IntelliFlow and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of IntelliFlow's services.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
